I enjoy engaging in complex projects that require interpersonal and technical skills in organization, planning, locating resources, training, negotiating, and management. Projects that require coordination across fields of expertise (engineering, legal, HR, IT, consumer) are a welcome challenge. Each group has different characteristics and vocabularies; I am adept at translation and facilitation between them.
